點了好幾樣餐,服務生也有重新唸一遍和我們確認.前幾道很快就上了,但最後有一道卻遲遲沒上,等了一小時問了服務員才知道根本沒key到那道餐.後來想說再等一陣子,但依舊沒有及時補上.餐營業忙能體諒和諒解.認為既然要從事服務業就應有即時學會處理突發情況的能力.而不是漏單了就抱著補單就好的態度去處理.然後讓客人又傻傻的重新等過.那時候還以為會因為服務員自己漏點所以優先把餐補上給我們,結果根本又是新一輪遙遙無期的等待.在高峰期出錯難免,客人反應之後依舊不把客人的需求當一回事這個行為真的很不可取.

お客様と行ける若干カジュアルな店、5人で結構な量食べたら600rnくらいにはなりますがどれも美味しかった。また行きたいです。

Very culturally as well to a geniune Japanese restaurant. Food really was good. Service had not been fastest but is suitable during peak hours.
