This is actually the 2nd branch that I've tried. Seating was organized quick at 7pm in a weekday for just two 2 pax at the bottom floor. The meals was good. Sadly, there exists a few home flies wondering round the restaurant.

Simply had the worst Japanese cuisine encounter ever. The area is fairly filthy for a eating place regular, and the staffs had been quite ignorant about their environment. They seemed really unprofessionally trained. We'd to intensify as customers and have for chairs, and their servicewas extremely slow. To best the bad support, the meals is the most severe. You understand something's wrong once you step right into a Japanese cafe and they can't last salmon sashimi, a simple dish. We finished up buying Ebi mentai maki, Grilled salmon maki (amusing how they could nevertheless serve us this if they got no salmon sashimi), Chawamushi, and Fried pork cutlet. Unfortunately everything had been a disappointment. The ebi is indeed dry and difficult, the mentai is constructed of inexpensive diluted mayo and ebiko (How dare they title it mentai if they did not use Pollock roe?! It's this type of fraud!!). The sushi rice will be mushy. The salmon has been so bad, it didn't taste fresh and acquired a rubbery consistency. The Chawamushi experienced a fishy smell. I must say i question why they haven't close up down yet, actually the worst invest JB.

Noted substantial drop in the client service regular of the Pelangi branch in comparison to their Sutera Utama and Mount Austin branch. I must say i love this location. Ordered zaru soba and the soba emerged on ice in a bowl manufactured from ice!! The salmon has been heavy and succulent which actually fulfill my craving. The staffs have become pleasant. Excellent service. I require path to theWC and the personnel business lead me to it and also provided me a serviette upon completed cleaning my hand. Warm fabric were provided upon completing my dinner and staff also wanted to spay some lotion on my palm. Will certainly return.

Ideal for Chinese taste Japanese cuisine. Fancy presentation. Repackage of chinese food preparation into Japanese presentation. Nothing very much to shout about.

Japanese food sells itself very well - however the Japanese food at Warakuya sells itself damn very well. Big section of that is because of the nice showmanship of the meals display: Sashimi was offered in a big keeping plate with a style outline of a dragon,Cha Soba was included with traditional small tatami-mats kinda factor, and also the wasabi itself had been shaped right into a flower! Special mention and to the service of the restaurant staff. Even though waiting time was very longer @ 45mins before being proven a desk, the staff ensured to increase some pre-food hospitality to us by means of appetisers and little bites. We were furthermore given little bibs to wear in order that we wouldn't stain our tops. Thumbs up and already looking towards my next visit!

Wide selection of foods to pick from the menu with Excellent presentation. Do visit earlier in order to avoid long waiting around periods and limited parking room around that region. The service is great.

We had an excellent splurge at Warakuya, Johor Bahru. Our Singapore$ provides us an excellent stead inside Malaysia since every dollar has been 3times inside the worthiness in Ringgit. We ordered Alaskan Crabs, massive 2 fishes for sashimi and doubled in our starter meals that includedoysters, lobsters and escargots. Pax of 9 came up to bill of 5000MYR. That is the salary of 2 supervisors in Malaysia... in a single sitting. Perhaps we more than indulged. Service was so-thus. But apart from having our meals served, we actually didn't need any special attention inside our private room. Quality of food has been ok. But the demonstration was lavish. Maybe cos we had been chalking up a large bill.

Checking out this restaurant considering that there appear to be several good review articles. I gave average as the price is average, even though the Sing dollar will be stronger. The pluses are they have drinks positioned on a table outdoors while waitingwhich you self-serve. The not plus points may be the service is typical. We waited almost 45 mins. before being resulted in a table. It had been crowded though it has been a weekday evening. Fortunately the meals came quick upon ordering. Tastes will be the same as generally in most Japanese restaurants.

Food has been super affordable and delicious! Staff were helpful! There are a great number of different Japanese foods which range from Ramen, Udon, Sushi etc! Love their Okonomiyaki!
