I have already been in 2 different Tony Roma's in JB and both have same high quality and service. Grilled meat always superb. Good place for family members and Tony staff constantly kindly with my child. Furthermore sandwich and burger are usually great with reasonable price. I take advantage of goto Tony when We dont have time and energy to decide location where have an excellent meal.

As we go to Johor regularly and keep very near Komtar JBCC we've taken foods at Tony Roma's several times and been content with the meals and service. However this time around after shopping at JBCC we walked set for an dinner,we ordered a steak meal, fish and chips and a Wagu burger. The steak was slim and hard to the stage of getting inedible, my partner gave up looking for the seafood in the very solid batter and remaining her dinner the Wagu burger has been OK. Actually disappointed with the grade of the food and just about all agreed that the meals court is a much better option and less expensive. Won't go again.

Terrible service, food served without presenting folk , knife and spoon, tissue etc can't get any kind of waiter or waitress to serve all of us , finally, made a decision to walk to the cashier and obtain them to serve. Wait around before food cold. Steak is terrible too, coldand tasteless....
