My 2nd period here and my favourite meals here's their mee robus with egg and Teh C. The mee robus sauce is actually great. The yellowish noodles had been boiled before incorporating the sauce since it was offered HOT. Are you aware that Teh C, thetaste is ideal but would rather have less lovely. Mee Robus @ RM5, Teh C @ RM2.20. Are you aware that laska, we felt the taste has been salty. It'll be great if much less salt is put into the soup. They blended both clear and yellowish noodles in the laska. Ingredients wise were great. Laska @ RM8.

We ordered Mee Siam, Char Kwe Tiao, Chi Cheong Enthusiast, Nasi Lemak, Fried Siu Mai. All nice specifically the Mee Siam. With the tick gravy tasted actually sedap"tasty" in Malay vocabulary. The Kopi (Black Espresso with milk) also outstanding. Next try will undoubtedly be their MeeSiam :D

Situated in the Tan Hiok Nee cultutal road and frequented by vacationers mostly. We'd chee cheong enjoyable which includes tau kee parts, otak-egg sandwich, chwee kueh that was a tad oily. Overall pretty good and reasonable prices when compared to malls

Toast & Coffee is really a traditional coffeeshop located contrary Hiap Joo Bakery & Biscuit Factory on the heritage road of Jln Tan Hiok Nee street. This is a nice spot to have breakfast since it has a wide range of food and in addition many Malaysianlocal delights on its menu with affordable prices. The other day l came here for breakfast with 2 friends and l had mee rebus with egg. It had been yummy specifically the Mee rebus gravy. I actually visited the coffeeshop once again on the recent Mon and ordered fried mee siam and chwee kueh plus espresso and soft boiled eggs. I shared the bowl of mee siam with my pal. We liked the mee siam, however the chwee kueh had not been that great because the toppings (chai por) had been rather salty. The coffeeshop was very crowded on both mornings that l came. Thankfully service was quick and we didn't have to wait around too much time for our food. Definitely , l would return for breakfast in my own next Johore trip

A place that one is going for local foods. They have among the best local espresso in town. The menu includes a large amount of variety. Prices are usually reasonable. We ordered lasi lemak with rendang. Rice was properly prepared with coconut and pandan. The chickendrumstick rendang has been very delicious. I love the sambal chilli as well. The otak toast was good, quite generous with the otak. Mee hoon kuey was included with a lot of elements and it’s affordability.

The restaurant is merely over the famous Hiap Joo Bakery. It has air-con. We stopped right here for a rest to cool off after queuing for banana cake over the street. The cendol was delicious with clean coconut milk and cendol. You should attempt thatif you're nearby. In addition they served plenty of local food.

Laksa and couple of other dishes are great and affordable given the standard of food and location. Some are actually mediocre eg. seafood n chips. The seafood is inadequate, chips too dried out and the salted egg yolk sauce isn't a good companion. ForIce Kacang, the peanuts become hardened inside ice. I would recommend to grind the peanuts and sparkle on the ice, or perform without peanuts at all. Staff lack conversation and true center felt smile, sigh. Possibly it's yet another day to them.

Been there many times. Love the air-conditioned room and cleanliness, and utilized to like their dishes nevertheless my recent check out proved otherwise. Ordered a plate of laksa. If it is served the uncle had been holding the bowl along with his fingers and his ideal thumb dipped inthe soup from the brim, a standard picture at hawker centres however when the routine was brought right here I just couldn't accept. They might have served all meals on a tray, that is safer, better, and cleaner. The beehoon soup was covered generously with spicy and harmful chili oil, which took me some time to scoop away. The soup will be salty to my flavor, and with the lack of cockles it kinda lacked authenticity. Ice kacang is pretty typical, the tad too nice though. Hope the Movement Handle could possibly be over by the finish of Aug 2020 since announced a lot more than 2 a few months ago, it's impacting everyone's disposition and patronage, eventually the economic climate and livelihood.

I’ve been here two times during my recent stop by at JB. One of a good breakfast place located strategically in the center of JB city. I simply like the hospitality and selection of dishes they assist here. It really is far more much better than the majority of theChinese breakfast accessible across the streets. (I cherished their Signature Laksa - essential try item on the menu) Happy trying people! ❤️
