Worst Japanese eating place I’ve ever gone to. The rice for the donburi was cool. The components for all your food we ordered weren't refreshing. The fried soba tasted weird with weird combinations of elements. Overall, it had been a lousy meal, absolutely nothing tasted Japanese like at all!

Super very bad providers....waiter request all of us for 5min, 20min for another 50min to hold back for nothing.. Reason may be the menu is as well full for ordering also got table to chair. Please shut the business enterprise as can't deserve for much better services. To never come as this as well bad experience.

Super slow. Few customer but foods doesn't completely serve after one hour. Increase up my hand often, all staff here stay away from it and nobody arrive assist me. They're like not really desire to solve the issue. If Sushi Zanmai not really ready to procedure you shall don't open up the restaurant

Found this Japanese restaurant whilst shopping in Southkey. The food can be your average Japanese cafe standard & most of the waiters are usually untrained but really attentive.

Servis agak lambat mungkin kerana kurang staff members.Mencuba udon, tempura dan sushi. Rasa agak biasa. Sushi boleh tahan sedapnya.Agak terkejut sebab tidak tahu ada arak dalam menu walaupun ada beberapa personnel Melayu. Ada terbaca Sushi Zanmai menggunakan daging yang mempunyai sijil halal sah. Tetapi sesetengah menus mengandugi mirin (pelanggan Muslim kena lebih berhati-hati dalam memilih menus)

面很弹性好吃，汤也不错，只是比较咸，牛肉也是好吃，寿司也是蛮好吃的，但是价格蛮贵的，点餐上菜慢，点个寿司都要等10分钟……
