Service has been superb and attentive. Meals was a major disappointed. The sushi we purchased never arrived after 40mins. The restaurant was just 60% complete. Soba was too smooth! Tempura too oily. Fairly disappointed.

second time arriving here. when first check out,ordered California roll,also it comes minus the avocado. when requested,they redo again.

We were most astonished by the assistance at his store, especially the main one who served us (Danial) who usually wore a smile upon his face. He furthermore promptly offered us a fresh set of Edamame whenever we casually commented that it had been a little over prepared. The staff also regularly checked on our desk to ensure that everything was alright, and kept us up-to-date about the dishes that may take longer. We'd an extremely pleasant experience here.

Very poor service, salmon head isn't fresh, took very long time to take order, food serving time is crazily lengthy, press bell for most time merely to ask to refill green tea extract but nobody response, make an effort to require a waiter seem they're attempting to avoid u, sushi rice isn't firm at almost all, we been eating zanmai for a lot more than ten yrs within Midvalley and Sunway, been therefore satisfied with the nice foods and service, really was a most severe experience for all of us, we couldn’t actually believe with this particular bad experience!!!!
