I actually made an booking from agoda houses, suasana lifestyles suites by keystone. Please make sure you don’t guide from her. First of all, Customer service was so very bad. I questioned her weeks earlier concerning the availability to check on in earlier and she explained that she'll update me on your day itself but there is absolutely no improvements.That day, I informed her that i've already reached JB around 2pm ( sign in suppose to be 3pm) and asked her if the area is prepared for me to check on in earlier and she replied me rudely telling me that i will tell her earlier easily want to sign in. Err She will be the one who overlook to upgrade me on the availability and i’m the main one who obtain scolded wow!Nevermind, i sign in on 3pm , normal sign in timing lol . plenty of time and energy to clean the residence but i still got the shock of my entire life yea when i enter the home. The very first thing i noticed was fake eyelashes trapped on that massive wall mirror. The bathroom . look so unkempt. Little shampoo bottle ( hotel type) had been halfway utilized. there’s a “shein sticker tag” pasted close to the doorway hinge . There’s plenty of stains and Curly hair on the bed. I don’t mind easily can’t check in earlier but her house cleaniness is really a BIG Simply no!
