Those who prefer very clear broth Bak Kut Teh will see this Loy Soon’s version nearly the same as Teochew design BKT except it really is less peppery.Excellent quality Bakut along with other meat which are cook upon demand plus they are serve within Clay Pot without exception.Phrase has it that Loy Soon’s owner may be the brother of Shortly Huat.. with describe the similarity of the BKT and all the dishes.Loy Soon have not disappointed me every time I patronize them. Extremely consistent.
