The foods are unexpectedly great (nasi goreng, carbonara, chicken chop, wantan mee) however the waiting time is abysmal. Hire a lot more staffs and spend them higher!

Ordered mac & cheese for eliminate, almost 20 a few minutes of waiting however the food was not prepared.. there's no other folks in the restaurant in those days except us, however the service was very slow! My hubby was quite annoyed and questioned for a refund.. later on we discovered that our food had not been even prepared! The supervisor did refund the amount of money to my hubby & chased us to the escalator to inquired if there's other things they could do apart from the apology.. but sorry this might become our 1st & last stop by at SR Lalaport. The administration should enhance on your own service since there have been so many complaints concerning this store.. or else you need to shut down the wall plug.. nobody is arriving at the outlet.. it is a excellent & spacious location but its such as a ghost city.. Few people come & store there. Too bad..
