This outlet in JBCC is quite close to Angry Bird's Activity Park. It is also very close to a small amusement park. Good location for a glass or two while your children enjoy themselves. Coffee is ok however the ice cream is actually huge. Should attempt if youare there. Overall is okay and personnel is pleasant.

Key Recipe at KOMTAR JBCC close to Angry Bird Action Park is really a place worth a trip. Had a dish known as Asam Laksa undoubtedly after Penang, Magic formula Recipe Asam Laksa is the greatest plate of Asam Laksa in Johor up to now. The area isclean & not crowded. Great food.

Waited for 40 min: -pasta Bolognese with cool Sauce (and after all fridge cold) -rice rather than the ordered fries -no diet drinks available -spoon rather than the requested knife And a service thus slow that I walked about myself to use obtaining a napkin,knife and sauce. To best it off ... there have been only 7 clients in the restaurant! Response from the fine girl at the rear of the counter 'ohhh'. Honestly, keep carefully the SECRET! That is beyond acceptable.

We went to Key Recipe Komtar JBCC on last Saturday 28th April 2018 for supper. The cafe had not been busy no customers whenever we walked in. There have been 5 assistance staffs talking loudly rather than attentive while working. We browsing menu and called 1of the personnel to take our purchase. Our soups and 1 of primary dish been served However, not another main dish. Staff title Nurul Farhana does not have any initiative to repeat purchase. Our beverages served by Ucik been served wrong. Completely, they really does not have any passion to function in food industry. I settled my costs and asked Nurul Farhana did she took my various other purchase, her answered was OK LAST ONE! Without apologetic expression no apologies from her as well. With 10% service charge and the service too bad distributed by the staffs. Not just a busy cafe, experimenting and talking aloud too. Should u guys have to choose Secret Recipe, head to City Square instead.

Not really busy! The staffs taking pleasure in themselves speaking. None of the staffs bother to greet even though we were searching the menu! Mgmt must do something with it! Staff title Nurul Farhana and Ucik the worst type of service staffs. They are able to served u wrong beverages/food n norepeat order

This resto situated in front of Angry Bird Park at KOMTAR JBCC mall, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Service is average & need to wait around for a longer period for order. Not busy resto however the staff is not really watching the guest

Always must check out when in JB. Like their cakes. Tentative and helpful staff. At the top ground where Daiso will be and then to Angry Bird. Among my favourite spot to possess afternoon tea and relax after buying.

We walked directly into have dinner on the Saturday night time and were told they stopped serving supper as the kitchen area was closed. These were just helping cakes whereas the web site and Google research indicated they close at 9.30. It had been disappointing.
