虾酱炸鸡-9/10 香脆可口，小心停不下来港蒸红鰽- 6/10养殖鱼类肉身较粗糙，港蒸工夫再好也无法改变肉质，或许其他煮法比较合适！盐焗螃蟹-10/10 的确不是每家餐馆愿意处理这道菜，因为费时又考功夫！ 盐焗时间短不会有香气，太长蟹肉会干燥缩水，今天这个保留甜香肉汁饱满，赞！上汤蛤蜊- 8/10 好吃但是小辣椒过量，掩盖了新鲜蛤蜊的鲜甜姜葱炒猪肉片- 6/10 一般，太湿也少了爆炒的锅气香清炒空心菜- 8/10 不会炒老了，保留了空心菜的脆口晚饭时间食客多，但是不需要等很久，厨房手脚快速！
