Ordered the pork ribs soup and additional extra ingredients for 5 pax. The taste will be alright. Because the soup has even more fillings because of the additional fillings, the soup isn't sufficiently for 5 pax. Therefore we inquired for refill plus they reluctantly refilled halfof the claypot bowl. We requested again plus they said each desk is permitted to refill once. Therefore, we learn that it's best to order independent claypot bowls rather than a large bowl. Asked an employee to greatly help take one image, he said alright and walked into his store to do his function. We were very amazed by their bad service attitude.

Everybody in the store had really awful mindset. It’s getting compensated to be scolded. The BKT is super expensive and over rated, one definitely might have better BKT somewhere else. Went there due to the many good testimonials online. Seriously, how will you contact this bak kut teh organic??? It's simply salty soup without flavor of herb at all! Who ever said that is good have not attempted the Geylang Kluang one (巴生肉骨茶). Eventhe common stalls at our neighbourhood coffeeshops are usually better! Not forgetting their rude, arrogant mindset! Because business is good will not warrant such bad service. Don't move there. A complete waste of money and time.

The service is actually poor, not sure should they really want our company at all. The shop attendant (the guy who's handling the soup in advance) is pissed off continuously as soon as we entered the shop. I enjoyed my encounter atthis restaurant a couple of years ago but uncertain why it got degraded so significantly. Wanted us to check out some non-obvious guidelines or system that's heading on in the cafe and obtain mad if we don't. Here to take pleasure from a meal, never to become aggressively bossed around. Isn't worth the visit to this restaurant any more. Plenty of decent dining places in KSL region with great service in any case! We went there like several 16 pax including our elderly moms and dads. The uncle standing while watching stall insisted that people must order 1st before arrange the desk for us. This will be ridiculous because the stall entrance is little and how canyou obtain most of us to stand there and queue very first. His attitude was therefore rude and hostile. And the meals was only so therefore, the liver was also over cooked. Not at all worth coming !!!!!

love it that people can choose to include watever available ingredients to your BKT. braised pig trotter is definitely good too. you will have to order very first before they allow you to get a desk. dont expect restaurant regular of support at a coffeeshop. meals is great andcheap. they would like to take yr purchase quick and settle you down. payment will undoubtedly be after meal. will certainly visit again!

We did not expertise rudely shouted at whenever we followed their instruction to purchase first, then fine chairs for 3 folks. We added a number of different items to opt for the BKT in a pot, you tiao and salted veggy which managed to get a goodcombination. Visited this restaurant regarding a late lunch time around 3pm also it was still insanely loaded. Ordered the BKT for just two 2 pax along with additions of pig liver, beancurd pores and skin, enoki mushrooms, meatballs and drinks. It tasted excellent and we completed the whole lot; if yourun out of soup these were okay to refill. The place isn't air-conditioned and can get yourself a bit hot nonetheless it is consistent with expectations and pricing. You need to queue to purchase before being assigned a table. Didn't experience the shouting that prior reviewers mentioned; maybe it got better following the reviews :P Would definitely arrive again on my next visit to JB.
