We visited this eating place at 4.30pm inside the afternoon and I supposed this to be a good off peak time period. I saw there is plenty of empty seats in the cafe (as noticed on my pics) and there is no queue at the front end ofthe restaurant. I just were able to take one part of the restaurant showing empty chairs but there is empty seat at another end too. Initially, I thought they are having some type of safe distancing inside the restaurant and examined with the reception and interestingly she explained there isn’t. I asked why then we can not be given any chairs when literally fifty percent the eating place is empty. She stated there were people before us and proceeded to create phone calls, where I could note that no-one was answering the decision. I have three children with me and she must have practise some initiative and empathy aswell. I still cannot understand as fifty percent the restaurant has been empty. We waited 15 mins with her apparently as though she was making phone calls and I’m not sure if it’s genuine. She was getting that impatient look rather than smiled as well as keep us up-to-date on our chairs status. My children was position at the entrance considering the large lantern and she had been rudely informing them “cannot play with it”. Honestly I discover that this was unacceptable even though we were waiting right now there, we saw many potential prospects come and go (if you're the owner, you can try your cc tv). And the reaction she gave was exactly the same and several just left immediately.
