Was walking recent this cafe when I saw they were baking their egg tarts. Wished to purchase some at the counter but had been told that I had a need to wait 30-45 minutes because they were nevertheless baking it. But when i don’t desire to wait,I chosen the char siew shu rather that was baked fresh aswell. The crust on the char siew shu has been crispy and incredibly fragrant. The fillings inside had been savory and flavorful which complemented your skin really well. Will definitely end up being back to try out their egg tarts.

This is a extremely popular eatery, with long queues. Their signature egg tarts and char siew pastries are usually always sold out! The meals all taste genuine and nice!

Had lunch time here. A popular location and I got to queue to hold back for my turn. Acquired prawn mee noodles and the egg tarts and pastry. They didn't disappoint.

Visited Nam Heong Ipoh from JB Midvalley along with my hubby. Got some Timsum and siew mai fairly nice . Purchase two noodles and has been surprise making use of their prawn noodles. Flavor sensible 6.5/10 , quality 6.5/10, cost 7/10, varieties 6.5/10 ? Services 6.5/10 . Not really muchcrowd whenever we come if the queue will be too much time I don’t believe that it is worth the wait.

Nam Heong is really a restaurant that focuses on one dish. The chicken hor fun here's spectacular. Super smooth toned rice noodle, shredded poached poultry, boiled prawns, garnished with fried shalllots in a plate of extremely flavoursome soup. I came across myself downing the bowl inrecord period; slurping up every strand of the noodle and drinking up every fall of soup. But don’t get your expectations up, though. All of those other menu were underwhelming, from time to time disastrous meals. The mediocre poultry rice tastes like something left from the night time before, which might just experienced its moment 12 hrs ago. To reiterate my starting sentence, Nam Heong will a very important factor really, really properly. This is actually the true truth when i say it since it is…

Because of Covid, we made a decision to do the shipping instead of dine inside. Fried kuey teow does not have any comment, thumbs up for this, so does the poultry hor enjoyable. What it really is lack of may be the extra fat and juicy beansprout that may just be foundin Ipoh. The chicken hor fun (soup based) had been delivered in another container. The noodles had been still silky though it had not been being served immediately. However, i'm quite dissatisfied with the prawn rolls when i could hardly find prawns within. I was looking to see one entire little bit of prawn in the roll. The roll will be so tasty if the crispy beancurd level can be pairing with the juiciness and bounciness of the prawns.
