If you're searching for a hipster cafe, that is your house to go. Amazing waffles.

Cafe in the university town. Great espresso with properly done latte art. Foods was average, just a little large on the salt for the braised poultry with potatoes dish. Amazingly the least expensive item we ordered that was the Taiwanese braised pork rice with egg has been good, and costs just RM7.90 (cheaper than their coffee!)
