Better give choice for customer to select how properly the steak is make. Medium rare, Medium, moderate well, or done well. I forgot to say my Tenderloin to become medium, also it came in done well which I actually don’t like on a steak. Also, give choice in what sauce to select, mushroom, dark pepper, or any sauce.
