Very bad experience, chicken too dry like been frozen for too much time

The chicken didn't taste like usual chicken I ate at other kfc and taste very dry ! Even my whole family said exactly the same... like eating normal fried chicken like self cook or buy at pasar malam... Did kfc change the recipe ? I have no idea what happen... It'll be my first and last tu obtain this kfc franchise!

why there's only 1 staff at the front end??? queue were too much time and there is absolutely no backup at all. please fix this??? personally i think pity for the staff who handling the cashier alone!?!?!?

This probably gotta function as worst KFC location in Johor. I ordered delivery also it took them 40 mins to create while the bits of chicken are literally ready. It had been not in a box however in an enormous paper bag for 3 bits of chicken and had everything leaking. Personally i think sorry for the driver that delivered it if you ask me since it probably also made chaos on his bike. My order was probably done within five minutes but took them 40 mins to send it out therefore the drink was literally warm despite the fact that they filled it with ice which had melted and made the drink undrinkable. The chicken itself aswell had barely ANY flavor. That garbage location ought to be shut down
