We went in somewhat late and your options that people wanted was mostly unavailable. Staff were useful and friendly. Must have chosen another thing or can be found in earlier for much better possibilities in the menu.

Im writing this in order that people residing at Puteri Harbour will undoubtedly be alert to the Kenny Rogers as of this area. My children and I visited Kenny Rogers (Puteri Harbour) because we wished to explore the region beside the hotel that people were keeping at.We are a normal at Kenny Rogers thus we trusted this wall plug. Their service level, nevertheless, went method below our expectations. Below are a few reasons why: 1. While position at the entry and waiting to end up being served, we got overlooked. The employees saw us and simply walked past us, though it was not crowded 2. Whenever we walked in, the personnel evidently lied to us that the poultry took 40mins to get ready so that they can chase us away. Therefore, it took us 5mins to access our desk because we were eventually willing to wait 3. Although the staff got our orders and study them out, it had been keyed in wrongly. But what triggered us had been the way the staff did not really desire to rectify the purchase since it was "an excessive amount of work" and simply walked off. 4. Since we understood the chicken took 40mins, we ordered additional dishes BUT all those dishes including beverages (!!) took 40mins. 5. When the dishes found us, there have been no cutleries being offered. Even when we requested for the cutleries, the employees served us simply forks. 6. The dishes had been severely uncooked. Horrible and offered only slightly warm.

If you can find 0 or negative I'd choose this. I has been suppose to become a customer nowadays and was right now there at 1.18pm. I make my purchased and waited for 25min. When I talk with the personnel, they misplaced my purchase and I want toreorder again. The table close to me has arrive 15min plus they did not provide over the menu. Only 1 1 one who busy make refreshments as the other 2 are totally slow. Definitely won’t be back

Greatly dissapointed simply by the grade of food. Ordered muffins and something came out two times smaller than the relaxation. Gardan salad arrived with 4 bits of cabbage with sauce. All of the "Hot" sides were chilly. Ordered Macintosh & Cheese and I counted 15 piecesgiven and can't flavor the cheese. Seats were dirty. Program was slow despite the fact that there were just 2 tables of consumer. Had plenty of kenny rogers in my own life and this may be the worst so far.

Had supper at the Kenny Rogers out there at Puteri Harbour. Couldn't have produced a worse selection. The assistance was downright terrible, which range from indifferent crew people to insufficient meals or insufficient back-end preparation. The mix of shortcomings intended that some family were notyet offered even while others had lengthy finished their foods. We had been clearly not the only real upset customers it appears. Two thumbs down!

We'd lunch here following a program of Hello Kitty. We'd the i-yam arranged for 4 which was included with a complete chicken, 3 side meals, spaghetti and 4 muffins. The chicken had a tinge of percik sauce taste and transient hint of tom yam.The potato wedges were great with genuine garlic butter. The muffins had been good too however the spaghetti had been a letdown. Service was quick but impersonal but whilst I was making transaction, the waiter, a Indian lady has been friendly and we'd a little chat while looking forward to the charge card approval ahead through. Got we not need that conversation I'd have agreed with another comments on the services level.

We were buying place to have lunch time and thought we drove right down to puteri harbour. Had been strolling across the stretch where the majority of the dining places were situated. As it’s late afternoon, few patrons in the dining places and we finished up at Kennyroger. Service has been pretty slow although restaurant had not been even 50% total. The food was the most common Kenny Rogers things and first time attempting their nasi lemak. The Sambal chili was great and I really like it. Besides that, really standard Kenny Rogers.
