This is among the shop I used to choose lunch. Steamed fish taste great and worth in phrase of price, but We don't recommend because of its bak gu teh. This place always full house during Saturday and will be scorching if youare there around 1-2PM !

The Bak Kut Teh, being the primary icon of the shop will come in a fairly generous portion. Taste sensible, mouth-watering. Strong flavor to the soup and tender, bite-sized pork ribs. What's better may be the steamed fish. It is a MUST TRY ! Refreshing and tasty. Ifyou're a enthusiast of yam, do attempt their yam rice rather than the commercial whitened rice. You'll understand why as soon as you tried it.

An average bak kut teh store with special steames seafood and tofu (bean curd).Extremely popular and famous meals look for local and close by factory worker and workplace staff. Essential eat cafe in Johor Bahru. Non-halal.

The restaurant is fully pack with people. The meals served slow because of lots of people at the eating place. This can use up to almost one hour. The cost of the meals is very cheap equate to other restaurants. Among the best meals I likemost may be the steam seafood. The steam seafood is very fresh. Another side dishes taste alright. Since the I love the steam fish, I'd like to come again.

The area where this phenomenal BKT place is situated is quite unflattering, and had it not been the reviews which have been circulating online, I believe it'd have already been easily overlooked by way of a foreigner such as myself! Read plenty of good reviews concerning the BKThere, therefore we decided to create a 16km drive merely to make sure it fulfill our palate! We didn't purchase their popular fish meals (everyone all around us have a minumum of one fish on the table) as we weren't very hungry, therefore we went forward with a minced pork Toufu and Fried DouMiao (pea shoots) in conjunction with the BKT. The soup wasn't overwhelming but were able to retain it's organic taste which leans even more to an extremely minty based. It reminded myself of the Isan soup (Laos/Northern Thailand cuisine) I had when We was in Thailand in fact it is extremely satisfying if you want that minty after-flavor lingering on your own tongue. The amount of ribs were not an excessive amount of given it is a serving for two also it was just nice. Very good meal also it didn't cost us any other thing more than RM35! Will definitely get back to satisfy our non-Singapore design BKT craving whenever we come in JB again!

We visited this eatery on a weekday lunch time. Parking was not no problem finding, and there had been a decent crowd currently in the restaurant. We saw that nearly every desk ordered steamed seafood, and that is what we did aswell - steamed grouper, tofu, bakkut teh, veggies, pork trotters. You can view your orders queuing on a panel. We found the meals delicious. The soup of the bak kut teh has been fairly herbal in flavor, but fine. The pork trotters had been smooth, and the tofu and seafood were good. I assume we are back for more.

Continued weekday 1.30pm plus they ran away of pig trotter and yam rice. It had been our first-time there. It was suggested by my SG co-workers. The soup was great but we have been not sure whether it's refillable. Seafood was ok but as well bigfor two folks. Veg tou miao has been too hard and we couldn't consume it. Total bill eventually ends up ringgit 83.30. That is clearly a bit expensive though.

Was told this location is well-known for it’s steam seafood instead of it’s bakuteh. My consider were:- 1. A 2 person food comprising a steam seafood, 2 individual bakuteh (soup), braised pig trotter, 2 dishes of yam rice and a pot of jasmine tea costsRM76.90. 2. Steam fish can be overwhelmed with garlic n the seafood is obviously not fresh. 3. Bakuteh flavor is average

Steamed Fish need to try but pricy. Worthy of eating occasionally. The Oh rice will be must eat on the white rice.
