現地の会社の友人に教えて貰いました。彼曰く、JB No.1との事。 初回は私の友人に連れて行ってもらいました。 確かお昼時。 物凄く混んでいて、30分程度は待った記憶あり。友達曰く、バクテーは朝食として食べるそうです。ある日の休日、平日の仕事が忙しくヘトヘトで寝過ごし、ホテルの朝食を食べ損ねた。ならば!、と言う事で、このお店へ突撃!!到着したら、やっぱり激混み。お店の人が、何人ですか?とマンドリン(中国語の普通語)で聞いてきたので、1人です、と言ったら、お店の人がビックリしていた。1人だったら、、と言う事で、特別に席を作ってくれて、入店できました。 着席した瞬間に、バクテーと白飯を注文。ここのお店は、土鍋を勢いよく燃えている炭火へ置き、調理してくれるので、激熱状態で提供してくれます。当然、火傷に注意。やはり私個人的には、ここがNo.1ですね。刻みニンニクをたっぷり使って、極上スープを白飯と合わせると止まらない。 直ぐに白飯お替りをお願いし、また同じ事して食す。本当に至福の時間です。 具材は豚肉のスペアリブと内臓系(日本で言うモツ だが、cutせず円筒形状態=見た目が・・・)だが、これまた最高!!そもそもバクテーは薬膳料理なので、内臓系の匂いは全く無し。ここのお店のスープの素が売っていたから、購入し日本に待ち帰り作ってみたが、完全再現はできないですね。。やっぱり、お店で食べるのが一番。またJBに行ったら、絶対に行きます。

Taste of food offers barely maintain steadily its quality. The amount nevertheless offers dropped tremendously. A plate of pork rib soup provides barely 5 bits of approximately 4cm long small bits of meat. Would come back for memory sake.
