The rider can't discover the destination therefore i whatsapp him the positioning. Since it had been my friend's home, I provided my friend's contact amount to the rider. The rider claimed he can't call since it has been raining. I had been so speechless in those days because he was talking phone with me and just why he can't contact my friend?? He also said rude words if you ask me! I knew it had been hard during rainy time but I believe it is not really the proper way to state rude phrases. It had been the worst experience if you ask me.
