Unpleasant room despite good pict and review within website. I purchase 3 grownup but been give only 2 individual beds with sofa switch to bed. Sofa mattress not been described in the explanation. I sensed been lied. All of the facilities provides limited to 2person and have to ask. Overprice because of this kind of space. Can get better area at other location. If hotel cannot give 3 mature dont advertise it.

a few message for the administration to improve. as you can plainly see a lot more bad evaluation writing toward jen resort.thanks for having me personally.good/-decent hotel general (room, service, facilities- fine pool)-plenty selection of breakfast choice-happening night life (night bazar/ bar/ cafes)poor/- flooding and poor smelling basement carpark (horrible, could not believe that is from 4 celebrity hotel)- only 1 old samsung TV, simply no neflix/movie selection- sauna facility closedUpdate right after receiving reply :Can easily see hotel jen management reply is merely standard procedure, simply no action will be used to improve for certain.Apologize accepted but you will have no return stop by at this hotel.Simply hope hotel management can at the very least solve the basement carpark smelling issue.

It was a tragedy. Everything had been badParking: The car parking basement has been FLOODEDRoom: Typical. Complaint about bad aircond quality however they sent a man and what he idd had been just take a glance and questioned me to allow aircond to perform for 30min very first.Breakfast: It had been totally a disaster. Over fifty percent of the meals tray has been empty. Some tables not have chairs. Numerous stations not manned. It's the first-time i was STARVING in the hotel buffet.
