Personally I had tried these cheese tarts in Hokkaido itself. And undoubtedly singapore too. They baked their tarts fresh at their outlets daily. Not the least expensive but good quality.

Salegirls and services very slow and unfriendly. Only 4 customer quieing up however the waiting time wahhh! The salesgirls stare at us whenever we warn them to be superslow. 3 girls at kiosk. Only 1 superslow and another 2 at the trunk doing other task and chitchatting. Only once we raise our voice they do rush to payment machine.

Came on weekends.. the sales girl not friendly at all.. it looks like I owe her something..Nevertheless the cheese was nice.. buy 5 free 1..Rm32.20 ...

Sales girl attitude very bad. Put open on 2may22. 12:00. But 12:20 only come then say 1:30pm only have. Then show bad face around

VERY bad service from the sale girls, that is my first time and in addition my last time. I only saw salted caramel on display however they are a great many other favour hidden beneath the shelves.

Among the Sales girls customer support is quite bad. Showed black face whenever we asked if you can find other flavours once we only saw 2 flavours on display. However from side glance, we saw there are lots of other flavours kept behind within the shelves so we asked another Sales girl and she also didn't answer and looked away. First-time experiencing such customer support in JB.I'm wondering will be the Sales girls going to buy each one of these "leftovers" back or someone else already prebooked all of the tarts hidden behind..
