This is exactly the type of restaurant I love. It is possible to tell they put hard work to help make the food flavor good. Now adays you can find way too many rip off Japanese dining places in JB with very poor ingredients and more centered on maximizing income.This place on another hand serves quality food with heart. Will certainly be back again to try all of those other amazing sushi rolls. Continue the nice work chef. Great spot to dine in. Program was great and affordable for the meals freshness. Have private areas along with open seating. Plenty of parking nearby, super easy to find. Garlic fried rice had been super fragrant I'd suggest this dish. Sashimi has been quite fresh. Maki was tasty, should come back to try other maki soon.

Amazing value! We have been visiting from NY and found Hinotori on Search engines Maps. We attempted their Philadelphia Maki Roll also it tastes similar to the ones from the united states which is difficult to find in Asia. As it happens the dog owner worked and resided in the UA and discovered steps to make American design sushi. Must attempt their Wagyu beef, it had been delicious melting inside our mouths. We continued a Friday night also it wasnt way too many people therefore we have been glad to assistance a little local restaurant

Even though Tonkatsu came in big portion, however the quality of the meat isn't tender good enough, the breading is too thick, rather than deep-fried to soft crunchy.A complete disappointment.

第一次光临这家结合了寿司西餐饭馆。三文鱼皮沙拉-7/10 蔬菜新鲜就部分鱼皮漏气变硬破坏了整体感觉。和牛盖饭-9/10 美味，非常好吃，就珍珠米饭的酱汁偏甜了一些。总总寿司-9/10 个个口味都新鲜味道不错。盐烤三文鱼肚-6/10 分配到两片减肥成功没有脂肪的鱼肚，干涩。味噌三层肉- 4/10 肉质细嫩多汁，但是味噌太厚太多，高咸度破坏也盖过了一切。有待改进但是总体上不错，还有其它菜式改天再尝试！
