This cafe was previously among my favourite cafes for hangouts. It opens at 12pm however when I Came at 12 something, the coffee continues to be not prepared to be served however although there's 5 waiters right here. Its service in comparison with last time is massive different , bad and the songs is loud such as a pub, following time this may not my preference location anymore .. I rather head to place that is more "peaceful"

Nice environment but poor providers. The staffs are significantly lack of teaching. We are usually the only customers in those days, the servers only seated enjoy playing cards,consuming their ice espresso, consuming tiramisu and chatting. I purchased two cups of espresso and we waited about 20 mins for that cappuccino and summer season rose lychee latte. Really does it certainly takes that very long time for producing these two coffees since there is only 2 pax?!! I ordered high quality strawberry toast too also it was completely out of my expectation. The reason why we go to this cafe is due to the superior honey toast. I noticed it on food weblogs and Instagram therefore i came completely for this. It took very long time because of this toast to be achieved too. My bf had been upset that many of them had been siting there handmade cards, eating, and completely ignore our existence. Once the toast is offered, I couldn't become more disappointment. The toast that got more than half one hour to serve are just simply toast, strawberry jam, strawberry ice cream with couple of Pcs of strawberries, and something Pcs of oreo. There is absolutely no macaroon, forerro chocolate, or honey and I cannot believe I spend rm 25.90 because of this. It had been totally disappointment. Even though I increase up my hands for bill, they can not even notice my living till I voice aloud. I must say that is my worst connection with cafe hopping and i wouldn't hope that they can get enhanced because I definitely never desire to visit this cafe once again.

服务素质差!! 昨天跟3位朋友同行, purchase了2个honey toast (strawberry and banana)说要等40分钟。结果只来了一个strawberry的, 以为另一个多15分钟会来, 结果中途来了2位美眉(跟服务生是认识的), 才坐下没多久服务生就端上了banana honey toast给她们。我们看着他他说: 其实。。。马上就被我朋友回说: 你不用解释! 你不用解释! 我们在等, 等了快20分钟吧! 妈的, 连面包脆都没有看到! 朋友都吃完消化了! 直接就把服务生叫来说已经等了1小时多, 朋友都吃完消化了, 我们的还没来, 服务生还要我们在等10分钟, 说多10分钟就好了。先生, 我午餐没吃饿死了, 你还把我purchase的东西先给隔壁刚来的你说谁会不dulan? 等了那么久, 都饱了啦!!! 所以不管服务生说什么还要10分钟我都不想等了, 而且也吃不下了, 直接就告诉他说: 我饱了! 等到都饱了!我不要了!!! 多10分钟我都不要了!!! (请问如果是事前打电话给朋友帮忙做先, 来到不用等就能吃的话, 是不是应该也开放给顾客呢? 怎么能这样?) 服务素质这么一番怎样留住顾客? 不是说不能等, 说40分钟的honey toast我们都可以等了, 可要我们要等40分钟怎么可能? 都不知道你们的老板怎么训练员工的!!! 如果真的cooker真的不够烘面包就买多一架啦! JWC之前不是有2位大老板进股了吗? 买不起咩? 消费那么多家jwc, 这家最烂!!! 不会再有下次了 o0o
