My family and We had breakfast buffet in the last trip to Hotel Jen. Waiting around staffs had been courteous and pleasant. Plenty of breakfast variety which range from kopitiam espresso, butter & kaya toast, signature nasi lemak to western such as for example egg station, sausage and hash dark brown,pancakes, yogurt, milkshake and espresso from machine. My children liked the mango bingsu (shaved ice) from the device, a significant novelty in the cafe. Food served was hot and delicious. Personally, I'd prefer refreshing juices than nice juices from the cartons.

3rd stop by at Hotel Jen this season with breakfast on each day here (8 nights at the very least). The breakfast buffet includes a very good range from your own egg station, noodles station, local delicacies etc. Employees from kitchen and support crew have become courteous andhelpful. Which has been very constant on all of the visits. Properly done. Continue the good work.

I really like the taste of the laundry. The drinks were outstanding. Great function by chef. Great ambience. The cafe looks peranakan like.

It's been 5 yrs since we last visited Resort Jen. Just what a great sensation to be back again for staycation! Kudos to Teck Waye to make this birthday lunch thus enjoyable! I’m really impressed along with his hospitality (complimentary beverages and snacks)! Cheers! Ben

Had lunch time and breakfast here, breakfast can be good with a large number of varieties ; lunch time is ok, I love the salmon fish mind. Overall is fine.

We have been to the hotel couple of years back. Nothing at all has been extraordinary or nothing at all has made me compose any review or suggest it to others. BUT this time around, I loved liked and treasured your breakfast, the staffs, the Chef and simply every meals that wasserved there. To create it basic, HARBOUR CAFE BREAKFAST had been amazing. Just amazing. Specifically the teh tarik and kopi tarik and the roti bakar kaya and the homemade roti canai and the pisang goreng . I’ll ensure it is short. We were right here for a staycation on the weekend via Singapore. We'd a devastating supper Saturday evening. My partner is pregnant - my burger acquired a minimal quality and probably outdated meat patty The best thing was that when i complained to the F&B supervisor, they took the bill off and apparently he previously an dialogue with the restaurant team. Sadly the scary tour continued the up coming morning for breakfast. The fruit juice is a crafted from powder with a great deal of glucose. The omelette misses any type of flavour neither is it eatable. It’s genuine chaos here, there's noting to be able. Staff is definitely standing around and using to one another. The jam isn't eatable because of very unusual 2nd flavour. I’m sorry men, but I've already been in a lot more than 8 Shangri La’s all over the world in my own life - furthermore for breakfast and that efficiency here has nothing in connection with anything like that. We chosen having the breakfast buffet here as we heard many good testimonials concerning this place. We weren't disappointed because the spread has been plentiful. Teh tarik had been sweet and on stage and the roti canai had been a surprising delight. Howevermy experience from the egg station ruined it for me personally whenever a caucasian gentleman trim my queue by buying his eggs before me despite him getting behind me. Even worse, your crew entertained his demand and just asked for my demand after serving him. I'd like to view it as an authentic mistake but there is hardly a group and definitely the crew involved would have observed me in range first as opposed to the caucasian behind me. That only soured my expertise at Habour Cafe that was a pity since it had excellent foods and another service crew were great.

The harbour cafe shares the area with a dim sum restaurant and it's really predecessor a defunct burger and shakes joint, but offers almost exactly the same menu. Therefore we purchased burgers and dim sum for supper.
