Read the review stating pricey before heading right now there. Had been expecting ~RM100/common steak, but cost listed in menus blew my eyeballs out of its socket. Soup in RM30++ range that is fine, steak at the very least RM165++. Wagyu >RM300 and its own only australian. Not jap. ivehad australian wagyu from great kl restaurant also it was just RM180++. But possibly the ambience and meals is actually good hence the high cost, therefore we took a go at it. We'd lobster bisque (price 5/10) and striploin steak. My partner took very first bite and viewed me with discontent, i proceeded to go following and i couldnt inform if the meats i was chewing had been also beef. It didnt possess any beef taste apart from over marinated nice and pepperish flavor. The sides had been mediocre, couldnt even obtain the potatoes correct. We only have the ability to stomach not even half of meats served. But significantly steak for RM80++ in Alexis KL will be x10times much better than RM165++ striploin in Grill Bar Johor. Maybe kaki corner RM30-40 steak taste much better than this. The soup and mains skipped the tag! NOT RECOMMENDED, AVOID!

The ambience is cosy and warm. Employees is incredibly friendly. Food is great and delicious Us of 4 had 3 different steaks (MYR190 each) and the salmon with the clam chowder as a starter. The steak is tasty. Their specific Wagyu marbling 9+ isMYR42 per oz which computes to approx. MYR400 for a 250gram steak ! I sensed it had been overpriced and we didn't take up some of their special. It’s a good knowledge but at that cost, there are several options to take into account in JOHOR Bahru.
