Porridge steamboat is kinda exclusive solution to experience an alternate method of having steamboat. Since porridge is definitely thicker than normal soup, one is meant to help keep stirring the porridge in order to avoid burning. Freshness of these ingredients was ok however the food variety within their menuwas quite small. Their pumpkin porridge had not been as lovely as my preliminary thought. Steamboat with the twist ! Rather than soup broth, they provide porridge as broth. Their homemade Pork Tendon Golf ball is specific. The pumpkin porridge broth is indeed smooth. Thumbs up !
