Our band of 3 couples visited Hard Hotel Resort, Desaru, on our 1st evening at Desaru for supper on 10 January 2022. We'd always enjoyed our foods at Hard Rock Cafe wherever we visited across the world. But this time around we had been infor a large disappointed. The menu was not a lot of. Our team picked some nearby and western dinner of Pineapple fried rice, fettucine carbonara, nasi lemak and mushroom soup. The soup found us cold as well as the rice. I suspect the carbonara was made out of milk base rather than cream so when I questioned for cheese, rather than pamesan, I was presented with cream cheese. We repaid the plastic material looking eggs (searching as if they had already been left from breakfast) that was included with the Malaysian meals and got some substitute eggs. The entire experience was miserable and the costs charged were the standard Hard Rock Cafe charges, only that people did not have the expected meal.
