1. Costly. 2. The serving personnel are usually rude. 3. The staff are usually dirty. 4. Staff who serve foods are supposed to protect their heads, these usually do not. There's not just one local employee nor supervisor - all foreigners who cannot communicate. 5. Malaysians spending habits means that biz continues on as usual. 6. Who's the Boss? Inquire further, they'll shrug their shoulders. Are they legally used or exploited on inexpensive labour?
