Saya datang ke shop ni jam 1452pm 19/10/19, mula2 saya purchase vanilla oreo. After that dia kata tak ada, kena purchase yang skali dgn chocolate chip. After that saya kata okay, amik yang ada chocolate chip. Masa dia tengah buat tu, saya cakap lar saya nak chocolate chip tu mix skali. Tiba2 dia kata " tadi kata tak nak yg ada chocolate chip " saya balas balik, " saya kata saya nk yg ni ". Saya dh tmbah rm1. Dia buat atmosphere tu smbil ckp " haihh geram ar (hentak2 meja) " nama pekerja tak pasti, apa yang saya tahu pekerja ni lelaki sombeng. Minta supervisor tlg buat tindakkan ke atas pekerja yg mcm ni.

#对这家奶茶店非常失望...⁢⁠⁡也并非第一次发生这种事情了，每次使用吸管喝奶茶的时候都会吸不上来（珍珠一直卡着）⁢⁠⁡而且吸管底部(插入的地方)凹凸不平，不仅仅是吸管的问题...⁢⁠⁡珍珠的大小也非常不平均，很多粒珍珠非常大颗（导致吸管阻塞问题之一）⁢⁠⁡请尽快解决这些问题！
