I had very bad encounter at the Kai Xuan chinese eating place recently. We was previously their regular clients for a lot more than 5 many years. Unfortuanately their food regular has dropped through the years. Recently, my children was getting our open up fast at the cafe, we purchased one Peking Duck plus some Dim Sum. Once the offered us the prawn and scallop dumplings, I pointed out that the prawns in the dumpling had been spoiled and tasted disgusting and chewy. The prawns had been obviously not fresh. I instantly fedback to the waitress plus they told me they would create a alternative to it. After a few years they offered me with 2 new units of freshly produced prawn and scallop dumplings however when I required a bite, these were still using the exact same unfresh prawns to help make the dumplings. After the supper I informed the cashier about any of it and they rapidly waved the purchase of the 4 models of dumpling, not really charging me when i refused to take them. I requested the waitress to pack the total amount of the Peking Duck, on a single night that people ate at the eating place, we tasted the balance meats of the duck and we observed there have been some sand grains in the inner section of the duck. Initially we didn't think it so when we ate several pieces, but we're able to hear the audio if sand grinding among our teeth once we ate the duck. The next day, I came back to the cafe and gave the total amount of the duck from the prior day time and fedback to the eating place supervisor. In the afternoon he known as me back and explained that the chef informed him the sand grains has been undisolved salt. Seriously... don't tell me once you have prepared the duck, the salt is not disolved in the food preparation process. Even though they're a halal certified cafe, they offered spoilt, unfresh and uncleaned foods. It is not regarded as halal anymore. We've made the decision as a family never to dine in the eating place anymore since it has really dissatisfied us in lots of ways.
