Freshly open dim sum restaurant. We emerged on Sunday and have to wait around 30 min for the seat. Some dim sum' s serving time is too much time and have to wait 30 min to be served. The cashier give us 30% discount altogether billfor apology for the delay service. The dim sum taste very good. The cafe is clean, huge and comfortable. I'll visit again and excited your improvement. Visited on Sept 2018.

Ordered the most common dim sum items. Most were alright. Xiao Long Bao average at best. Liu Sha Bao is great. Great atmosphere and support. We may keep coming back again.

Chanced on this tea home when I was residing at a nearby resort. I'm glad I made a decision to queue and attempt the food. Queue period will take about 15 mins based on your guest dimension. However, food period is quite quick and wedo not need to wait for lengthy for it. The meals are really delicious, specifically their Liu Sha Bao (Salted Egg bun). I'll certainly keep coming back for more next time I'm in Johor City!

If you are going to or residing at KSL City Mall, you need to have a look at this place. Located just over the street from KSL, at Vacation Villa Johor Bahru Town Middle, this restaurant offers conventional Yum Cha (Dim Sum) in a clear, air-conditioned setting along with goodambience. Do not expect way too many less conventional items, however the traditional items they provide are great. And the costs are good too. Go earlier for the porridge, it operates out fast. In fact it is excellent. You could be so overwhelmed by the dim sum that you skip the hidden gem; the tea. The restaurant offers many teas. We attempted the Chrysanthemum and the fragrance has been very pleasant.

Noticed this restauranr when i actually was having dinner on the coffee house next door. Basic menu. Flavor was great. Will recommend the Liu sha pau. Cost was reasonable.
