Impeccable service by Club Renaissance team Frankie and Shirley, they make most arrangements as of this hotel easy. Just a little hesitant initially when she said contact her for any set up at the resort, a normal remark by any sales force, but... It proved, thatwas not just a casual lip assistance! Msg replied despite after 10pm, cost effective hotel membership registered so far. Scrumptious buffet distribute, superb quality seafood varieties, basically fresh. They offer humongous oysters freshly imported from Japan. Oysters replenished on mattress of ice timingly without downtime, each body fat and juicy oyster shucked meticulously thoroughly clean without traces of shell bits by Chef Ding and his group, well done! The standard of foods really worth every dime covered, especially the excess 35% discount off overall bill being truly a club associate! Tried - poached prawn, slipper lobster, yabby, fresh drinking water prawn, scallop, baked complete salmon, grilled lamb, sashimi, six forms of cheeses, etc. Need to make another journey again to try another two 3rd of the spread. Strongly suggested! Tip - join the golf club very first for complementary buffet vouchers and lower price, else the buffet per mind is RM138.

Superb food & service. While experiencing my foods either with loved ones or friends the services were very satisfactory that i can mention several brands Ms Eza, Ms Yaya, Ms Shima, Mr Zamri & other staff who have been very helpful.

Best breakfast distribute with types of choices to pick from. Fresh fruit juice too. Staffs were helpful and helpful. Shared the golf club membership that people found worth registering. Lots of freebies. Really worth the gather with friends and family. Special because of Ms. Eza,Ella, Marlina and Yaya.

Had our Bdae lunch time here and the employees (Natasha,Shakira,Jennifer & Fiqa) were very pleasant! They helped in unexpected me with a bdae cake. Once the drinks weren't warm sufficient, my mum specifically requested for a scorching drink plus they willingly served :)

Visited this cafe within Aug celebrating the brother's birthday. At first booked this cafe via ws and acquired a great speak to the guy on the internet as he was helpful and professional along with his gesture in updating me on the supper buffet prices, timing n etc. Howeveranother contact was obtained from Eza to check out through to my booking. At first i has been skeptical as there are many scams on-line but Eza released me to the membership scheme and she convinced me that i'll get area frebies from the resort and various discounts to future foods n and in addition my forthcoming reservation. Upon payment on the web, a confirmation was certain. But what blowed me on the specific day time was that she had been personally there despite the fact that her working hrs were officially to ensure everything has been ok. Obviously, the birthday cake plans, the complete buffet spread, the delicious food and the fast n polite support tendered to my entire family was significantly appreciated. Provider was on another degree. Thank you once again Eza, Yaya, Aisya & Kamarul to make my dinner of 18 pax memorable.

Was here for supper with my Fiancee during our staycation and hand-down it really is among the buffet cafe that I will desire to visit once again when I have the opportunity to as there are always a good variety of foods, cheese, and desserts! Probably mainslike Japanese meals and local delights have to buck up because the rices offered that day have become mushy!

Top-notch and excellent program by hotel staffs specifically Eza, Yaya, Aisya and Zamrie from Cafe BLD. Because of all these staffs to make our remain at the resort for 3times and 2nights with my families a nice one along with ensuring our birthdaydinner occasion at the resort cafe BLD went easily.
