New hot location for COVID19 transmitting of disease. Small to no manage on temp and app scanning, patrons can smoke cigars in this cafe without concern with authority.No nose and mouth mask is required also before entering this premise. I've stopped patronising since my relative passed on from COVID19 as much transmission may have started there.
