I REALLY LIKE my piping hot plate of kway teow (smooth whitened rice noodles) soup and at 59 Restaurant, simply the flavour ofthe soup was sooo potent, it had been incredible really. The pork bone bottom soup only is sensational…the very clear, deliciously flavourful convenience broth with wealthy traces of minced pork, huge prawn, vegetable, seafood cake, meat slices not to mention thin abalone slices results in a halo of delicious temperature around your lips.
