poor website system... produced order through site and waited for one hour and fifty percent, order status remained unchanged and order isn't prepared!ultimately have to contact their hotline plus they told us the telephone number we type in was bad...?! (saying this often happens aswell)The staff after that say that they can check out with officer in control who'll later call back again to us.30 minutes later on no response from their website.We called again plus they said a similar thing. Keep us waiting around without delivering appropriate remedy whilst we cant cancel order instantly.Does PIZZA HUT possess this habit maintaining the customer looking forward to 2 hours (checking forever).
