Resort sngt bagus dari segi kebersihan, keselesaan, parking, wifi dan lain- lain..cuma...Sy membuat tempahan melalui agoda dan apabila ingin daftar masuk, employees di receptionist inform yg reserving sy dah cancel and have to pay the stroll in rate that is more costly than Agoda price. I though its real and pay the stroll in rate.Lepas have a look at, sy terima e-mail dari agoda menyatakan bahawa sy tak hadir dan dikenakan bayaran charge semalam.After consukt with agoda, mereka memberitau bahawa reserving masih valid dan tak pernah cancel.Jadi, bagi pihak receptionist dan administration resort, sila ambil maklum mengenai ini sebab akan memberi kesan buruk kepada company anda. Jangan sesuka hati bagitahu reserving dah cancel dan suruh bayar stroll in price sebab nak harga tinggi dan untung..
