Service was not great, staffs were rude and will not give enough period for me personally and my buddy to complete our food. Personnel takes back their phrases and will not explain obviously the penalties and fines.

A CHEATING RESTAURANT!!!Visited AEON BIG, Falim, Ipoh on 27 Sep 2020 (SUN) with my girl. Walked and approved by this eating place. Saw its poster promoted "SHOW STUDENT Cards" will love promotion cost at RM19.90++ given condition, only select bundle rate at RM32.80++.Show “STUDENT Cards” upon payment period but has been rejected. The cashier (an Indian man) appears like so contact the "Manager" given cause was...you should show the pupil card upon getting into NOT during transaction time. The weird component is as soon as they'd keyed in the machine nothing could be adjusted. There is NO indication in the poster detailed have to show student move upon entering/before eating. Neither the restaurant staff method & ask us upon getting into the restaurant. Without the further argument, find yourself we paid normal cost at RM32.80++/individual which comes in a complete at RM76.10nett.We gave suggestions on the pork slices during producing the transaction but doesn't appears like taking treatment our feedback. Rather, a waitress (Chinese woman) can’t wait to accomplish the scaling which still left in the steamboat pot (nabe). She was thrilled & pleased with the leftover foods which triggered us to cover the penalty. What sort of mindset?? We completed all except the pork slices just which had offensive smell. We covered the leftover pork slices price around at RM18+. Since we’d compensated, we requested for a plastic-type bag neverless they're not providing rather than also trying to help look one for all of us. Instead, the "Supervisor" told us if we've own plastic handbag we can just do it & pack by own-self. Fortunately, I came across one from my handbag and packed house for my neighbour's canines.This will be the initial & last for me personally to dine in this sort of cheating restaurant!!!
