the Impiana hotel took a perfectly good sports bar............and rather than renovating it, they changed it right into a stuffy, upscale eating place. i have to say that the meals is quite good, however the service is very sluggish, the singers in the band cannot have a tune,and the costs are very high for Ipoh requirements...... if you are residing at the hotel after that it is probably well worth giving it a go. but dont create any special outings to go there.

returned here with my children and fortunately they have changed their menu. experienced the smoked duck aglio olio and the flavor is actually good. thumbs around the chef. they will have a fresh reggae band aswell... it was a5-item band so that it was quite noisy however the music was excellent! my father enjoyed the band therefore very much, we stayed till midnight! (*quite amazing as he generally don't remain up till as well late). highly recommended in case you are into rock and reggae songs and buying nice place to relax at night.

Checked this place away again for Mother's Day time dinner following a lapsed of per year. There is absolutely no more live life band. Smoking cigarettes and Non cigarette smoking section will be too close rendering it redundant to possess non smoking region since we still go out that location smellinglike a chimney. Meals taste and quality offers dropped tremendously. Ordered crazy mushroom soup to opt for the breads but was served solid instant mushroom soup that i will get for RM2 from Pizza Hut. Only maintaining may be the solo manager-waiter-cashier great hospitality and the ambience. Hope they'll improve.

We were staying there and the area was in darkness, nobody about. Apparently we ought to have gone looking for personnel!
