Souper Tang is well known for its super tasty soups and we were with plenty of enthusiasm hoping to truly have a supper here on the next day of Chinese New year. Alas, end up being it for they didn't expect plenty of business, or even for they wereunderstaffed, possibly for poor communication in between waiters and cooking area and certainly because of no communication around, we've wasted over one hour, and lastly left, after our beverages sufficient reason for none of the ordered meals delivered. We were seated following a short five moment wait around, and our orders were taken promptly, our beverages arrived within 10 minutes, and that is where in fact the difficulties started. After forty a few minutes of waiting no update from the employees, we have asked concerning the improvement of our purchase - four dishes of soups and two vegetable side meals, nothing highly complex and time taking in to get ready. We were informed that we will undoubtedly be served next, without period indicated and thereafter informed that we need to wait around another twenty moments - more than sixty minutes following the purchase was placed. Since it was getting past due, we have made a decision to pay the expenses and proceed to another cafe. Alas, the truth that after all of the wait there is no foods on our table, didn't imply that we were likely to be charged simply for what we've consumed - the costs included service cost for the entire meal (what services?) and foods were removed, one at a time, just upon our reminder. There is no explanation, no excuse, no manager in attendance no compensation for all your trouble. Pity to state, but we will not be back again, and pity that people were not in a position to flavor the soups that Souper Tang and recognized for.

This restaurant is amazing. We walked approved it since it was the initial dining location we found and proceeded to go searching for What we thought will be something much better. After 2 hrs of walking in heat we came.back again and made a decision to eat from SouperTang. Just what a great selection! The soups, pork, seafood and desserts were excellent. And all with health advantages. The staff right here were so helpful and wanting to please. With the effectiveness of our AUD the lunch time was <$50 rendering it really cheap for all of us given just how much we ate. I'd recommend this restaurant and even this chain throughout Malaysia. Lovely food !!!

I had a supper with my wife as of this restaurant on 05/05/2018. Directly after we sit down, a wet cells was positioned on the table for every of us. After that, a little dish of pickled guava had been served. We purchased two dishes. They was included with one bowlof prepared rice, which was only 1 third of complete. We questioned for another plate of rice. When it emerged, it was of exactly the same amount. The laundry were good. Nothing at all to complain. When I found the bill, the eating place charged me 1RM for wet cells, 1.42 RM for just one third of a plate of cooked rice, 4.62 RM for that little dish of guava, and ten percent for service cost? I think either I have already been spoiled an excessive amount of in US or they believe I'm a rich person. That is my 5 cents advice -- inquire further before you utilize any thing up for grabs. OR, forget this dining places!
