Having poor experince here, i am gonna habing the iftar here but our phone struggling to snap qr program code they gave me however the staff title farid n one brief lady with arrogance encounter doesnt give me the hands to take care of n gave solution with regard to my order beside the girl on to take order through new customer that simply arrived that point.. so irritating and frustating

Harini 12/5/2022 saya berbuka puasa bersama isteri saya, apa yang saya boleh katakan, makanan tak sedap macam dulu. saya tengok sekeliling tak hectic sangat. minuman tiada masalah. saya purchase cordan bleu tapi apa saya dapat, fries saya sikit. sebelum ni banyak je. mgkin nak slice price. ayam kering, bila saya tanya ayam dtg mcm mne, supervisor situ kata frozen. and saya tanya mcm mne proses nak buat ala carte tu, dia kata heavy fry lepastu MICROWAVE dari situ sy dah dpt agk mesti lama di dalam microwave. bila sy terangkan mcm mne, dia kata S.O.P saja. pelik. budak kitchen area kena pergi coaching. saya rasa elok bagi kucing makan je atau buang dlm tong smpah. supervisor kata kenapa tak come back? nak tunggu pun dah bape puluh minit.. takkan saya nak tggu lagi ?? sebelum ni saya datang purchase satay tapi dapat apa? satay strong fried? serius lah. sape dia punya headchef? takde coaching ke dekat budak cooking area?. saya pun kerja masak juga dulu.. sy dihidangkan salad yg dh rosak dan tak new. sos cili pula dia kata takde share bila saya tnya mana sos cili, budak servis kata share terhad apa tah dgn nada tak puas hati. boleh je beli dekat supermarket aeon situ. takkan tak ada peti money? as supervisor kena ada rse tggungjawab sikit! bila saya mntak tukar makanan bru dia nak tambah fries dan gantikan salad yg rosak. di sini saya sediakan gambar dan bukti untuk tatapan umum. poor experience actually. saya takkan datang dekat Key Recipe Aeon Station 18 dah. lepasni saya akan adukan comments kepada HQ pulak kalau boleh 0 celebrity nak bagi. sekian terima kasih
