Initially, I did so not provide a hoot to Meng Kee chicken rice stall. In the end there are a large number of this kind of stalls in the Gunung Rapat and Ampang locations. How could it be going to compete keenly against the famous Sunlight Yeong Wai cafe, specialising in roasted duck, just down the prevent? 1 day, noticing the eager clients crowding at Meng Kee, I made a decision to interact the bon appetit team. My verdict: thumbs up! ... it's no ordinary poultry rice. A course of its. The BBQ pork (char siu) & roasted pork are usually equally great. Flavoured or basic rice will be fluffy and of correct texture. The stall proprietor takes cost of the drinks area as well.Two other stalls may also be located here: fish golf ball noodles and wonton mee. This wonton mee stall (title: 天堂谷 or Heavenly Valley) offers been serving top quality wonton mee through the years. It provides its reasonable share of loyal clients. Actually this stall got shifted locations several times. Recently, I were able to hunt it to its existing location. In doing this, I have turn into a food enthusiast of Meng Kee poultry rice stall too.Upgrade: Meng Kee poultry rice stall now includes a branch operating on Hong Lok (鏮乐) eating place, Gunung Rapat. Good company there too!

Great poultry rice at affordable cost of RM5.30 for poultry thigh & 1 vegi of preference.RM2 (2021) for an excellent glass of Kopi C Kosong within heated warm cups. Easy car parking with tree tones nearby.
