This restaurant recommended by the homestay owner among the best yong tau fu in Ipoh. It really is the best! Never really had a such wonderful home made immediate fried yong tau fu in KL. Actually tasty, the curry noodle has been great. Cheap anda must attempt yong tau fu in Ipoh!

That is my second stop by at this restaurant in a gap of 1 . 5 years. The flavor of the Yong tau fu is really as excellent as usually. The staffs were really friendly and useful. Something really worth having for breakfast.

This restaurant is quite famous using its fresh, homemade heavy fried fish paste, filled with various variations - bitter gourd, lady fingers, bean-curd (tau foo), brinjal.... .We ordered asam laksa and curry noodle to opt for these stuffed meals. The yong tau foo excellent, its bean-curd very easy. Nevertheless, the asam laksa right here wasn't taste great that day. Very fairly sweet and sour, simply couldn't consume. But, the curry noodle had been yummy as explained by my sisters. We have there been before noon, therefore the crowd wasn't type yet. Right before we remaining, the cafe almost fully occupied. Therefore, go before lunchtime in order to avoid disappointment or queue.

Among the local locations we visited during Ipoh. Well-known for the stall helping yong tao fu, which we didn't try. It is a very nearby (read- definately not fine dining) hawker middle with about 14-16 stalls. Ranking is solely on the verygood roast pork sold by way of a kiosk at the front end. Skin is crispy, meats is delicious and juicy with great combination of lean and body fat (it is possible to ask for choice). The center aged couple are usually hustling like hell to function the long queue, to allow them to be considered a little grumpy sometimes. Cost is quite reasonable for the product quality. Really worth the wait!

It is a typical hawker food stalls set-up. Each and every time we come right here, we always attempt their yong taufu that is very economically costed and the roast pork which just begins at 12.30pm.

I nevertheless remember many year back I been here's no roof cover.... Only a large tree and chair with table just... Nowday right here become tourist location....everyday will undoubtedly be crowded. Their Yong Tau Fu is cheap and portion also quite big.

Last time We was here there is no roof. There's now a roofing with huge ventilation ducts sucking out heat to enable you to eat in comfort. Since it was a Fri lunch time (rather than any chinese festivites heading on), we easilyfound a car parking spot for the car and a desk to sit back. We ordered to talk about a few types of Yong Tau Foo ($1 each) and a bowl of noodles each (mum experienced the curry mee soup, bro got the assam soup, and father & I the dried noodles). The dried noodles has been just $1.90 per plate. Just what a inexpensive and satisfying lunch. Be sure you purchase the sengkuang piece, so far as I'm aware just ipoh yong tau foo offers this item! We also ordered the bowl of crispy roast pork (siu yok) that is sold by the stall close to yong tau foo. You may get the boned or boneless component, or fat or much less fatty parts. You much better understand how to converse in Cantonese or else it extremely difficult to obtain what you need, option would be to point and dimension up just how much meat you need (freshly cut for the order). We shall definitely return here!

This is a hawker center and you will see queues because of its fried foods noodles and roasted pork as soon as you entered the meals court. I actually thought the stall markets Yong Tau Foo but the majority of its meals were fried instead of cooked in soup likeYong Tau Foo in KL and Singapore. You go directly to the stall, get a basket and a thong and begin picking the foods you want and put into the basket. Each product is RM1. You then go another table where the employees will pack for you personally if you are removing the stuff aside without noodle or jot down your table amount on an email and deliver it to the noodle food preparation personnel. You pay immediately in case you are purchasing takeway. In case you are eating in, you pay once the food is sent to you at your desk. Do wear good sneakers because the floor were quite oily and slippery.

Coming in at RM 1.00 per item, I say it's affordability.. very big part comparatively with other retailers I've seen up to now. Bought around 50 parts mixed, will undoubtedly be having these all of those other week :)
