Waiting time and energy to make an order unbelievable longer than expected. It's lunchtime but only 1 staff taking and completing orders. Management should certainly do something positive about this.

Similar to the other kfc outlets. Freshly made chicken when ordered, still hot while packing. Have to improve the service, not enough staff i believe cz took time to perform even simple orders. Have to check properly on the package since i have was presented with both meshed potato rather than 1 coleslaw for snack plate. Overall atmospere was good and the staff appologize for delays in orders, acceptable.Parking: Ample motor and carpark because of the Lotus parking area beside.Wheelchair accessibility: Could be accessed by wheelchair.

Order set golden crunch increase colonel rice. 2minit lepas bayar baru bgtau ayam tgh goreng kena tggu around 10-15minit. Dah 25minit xsiap lagi sampai nak kena ketuk baru kalut nak pack. No say sorry pulak tu. Yg amik order tu dia buat2 busy sbb takut kena marah. Dengan marahnya tak check dulu sbb dah panas hati, sampai rumah tengok colonel rice tak bagi ! Bad service ever !
