Waitress were inattentive, sulky and insufficient service! Enquired concerning the selection of noodle and was presented with by rude reply! Consuming utensils, soy sauce and desk condiments were recinded before we completed our dinner! Why were the consuming utensils and desk condiments not really displayed on each desk?!
