We benefit from the food here quite definitely and we also just like the aged rustic appeal of the venue .... quick disappearing also from Ipoh. To my information, this cafe has been around existence for a lot more than 30+ yrs by exactly the same family! Nearly allthe dishes that people have tried listed below are exceptional. They include steamed seafood, steamed eggs with "la la", flaming pork ribs, bitter gourd soup, seafood balls, stirred fried kang kong (veggies), bean sprouts with salted seafood, toufu with seafood bait etc. Aside from the excellent taste of these dishes, you get value out of this no frills eating place. There's ample parking round the restaurant. Highly recommended!

This is among my favourite places to dine and to bring my out-of-town visitors for meals. As described in my own earlier review, places such as this are quick disappearing. EASILY am not really mistaken, this location has been around business for even more than40 years (era after generation ...). I'm selfishly happy that it have not converted into another modernized industrial tourist place like what has occurred in elements of old town Ipoh. Friendly service, excellent food and value for your money as well. There are various dishes accessible and all prepared to order. Strongly suggested especially if you're adventurous , nor mind going back with time .... with regards to the set-upward and ambience.
