The salted baked poultry is tasty and the aroma of “Dang Gui” made the taste great and perfect. This is a signature “IPOH” local meals.

Arriving at Ipoh from 4pm is in no way good as just about all Kopi shops are usually shut - we walked about plus smelt the baked hens from a block aside - the salted poultry comes whole and separately baked in its oven - you can view literallydozen of little ovens in the store. A takeaway chicken back again at our resort - yummy. It had the ideal degree of herbs - not as well overpowering - actually our fussiest kid tucked in
