This can be a very family escape cafe. Cooling and serve nice chilling beer and incredibly very tasty western meal with local taste, cooked by Dennis himself. Not a bad spot to chill off the hot day. I live 2 minutes away and Dennis jazzcafe is definetly my favourite choice. Incidentally, they serve nice fresh fruit juice as well.

A pal of mine recommended to look at this place. This is a really small cafe but cosy. Well, the dog owner Denis is quite friendly and not to say extremely talented. We chatted with him and finally found out that not merely he owns theplace, he cooks and plays the drum aswell! It had been very entertaining whereby music lovers can just jam alongside with the live band. Small town, good entertainment. So what can i say.

Gregarious owner Denis Isaacs runs an awesome little bistro in Ipoh Gardens, not definately not the town center. The night time we were there, there is a rockin' blues jam with many guest artists. We didn't eat that night but enjoyed a number of drinks. Thestaff is enthusiastic and the area includes a great local following. A good mixed crowd of ex-pats and locals. We'd definitely recommend it.
