Purchased iced mocha and ice lotion, need to await 20mins when customers who ordered 15mwithin afterwards than me already obtained their order. I also asked if my purchase is prepared n they said planning, i waited patiently until i request again and then find out no-one finding your way through my order. Bad time. Bad experience. Unhappy
